Birthday party, engagement party, squadron party, re-enlistment party, going away party, retirement party, promotion party, baby shower, divorce party... whatever the occasion, Biba is the perfect place for you party! Because we are open to the public everyday, there is no fee for your event that starts after 5PM. If you want to host a private event before 5PM, there would be a small fee to bring in our bartenders for your event.  Give us a call 671-777-4641 to chat about it.

Please feel free to bring in your own pot luck or catered food. We do not have a kitchen at Biba, so unfortunately, we do not serve food. 

If your event falls on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, we have built-in entertainment for you! Check out our Live Music page for the entertainment options. We can also help you book entertainment for your event if you want to have it on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

We have friends in the busienss. You can bring in your own balloons, or we can handle them for you . Just give us your budget and color preferences and we will have them set up for you on event day.

Send us your photos and we will incorporate them in our video on the large TV over the bar. Your guests can see the photos you send throughout your event.

We will create a sponsorship event flyer and help you set levels for your event that you think are achievable.  You may be selling to companies that can pay $2500 for. stage sponsor, or you may be selling to families in your community that may only be able to pay $500 for the Biba Stage sponsorship. We are experts in fundraising and can help you set the levels that will ensure a successful fundraiser for your next event. Your organization keeps 100% of the sponsorships and tickets you sell. You don't owe any money to Biba. In fact, Biba is likely to make a donation to your non-profit organization that night.

You would not be selling drink tickets. The event ticket would be for food, and a raffle ticket, if you are doing a raffle at your event. Please know that Biba does not have a raffle license, so your organization would need to do the raffle.
