Meet Dot & Ranger Miller, owners of Biba

  Dot and Ranger moved to Guam in the Spring of 2022. Adventures always appealed to both of them and when the opportunity to fly airplanes in the Philippine Sea came up Ranger jumped at it. He is a pilot with United Airlines. 

Dot was fully on board and as soon as they reached the island, they both fell in love with it. The weather, the beaches, the people, everything and everyone was so welcoming. Dot sold her stateside business a year after moving here, but she kept her radar sharp for her next adventure. When a tennis buddy recommended they buy a bar, Dot realized it was her calling! She loves bringing people together, in business and for fun. She loves to put together events, and celebrate people. From fundraisers and chamber or commerce meetings to birthday parties and tourist outings, she loves to plan. Ranger still dreams of being a rock star. He has sang in garage bands his entire life, and put a band, Déjà VuDoo, together on Guam as soon as he arrived. So there is was, the opportunity to combine their best talents and create the go-to gathering place in their new home. They always promised to live life to its fullest and that is what the Chamorro word Biba means!
